Love the food here the staff in back is awesome for some reason it says online they close at 11 (they DO NOT they close AT 10) so I arrived an hour late! Thankfully the sweet kitchen staff still had my warm food and even though the register was turned off they went out of they're way to make sure I got my food! I took one star away because the person who answers the phone needs to be fired they're short and rude and... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Primo Pizzeria Too:
Once was a great fair price place, but now their website menu is not even the same as the price they try to load you in the store. In addition, they want to calculate 4% more for using your card. To round it off, the checkout is super rude and had a setting when you ask for price breakdown. View all feedback.
Really good old-fashioned pizzeria. old-fashioned like the menu signs are probably 40 years old, yellowed and not exactly : the pizzeria itself is very roomy and has many spread seating. but it's really good pizza! not organic. no low calories. no exactly thin crust. but e.g. spinach and red pepper and pesto pizza are loaded with spinach and red peppers and onions. I mean loaded. probably more spinach than Antonios puts on her Florentine pizza. so the slices are considerable, decent amount of crust and a very good amount of cheese, very generous toppings, slices are generously dimensioned, and it is not expensive! much cheaper than antonio's! highly recommended if you are in the mood for a more fat slice than Antonio's. All the time...
Recently transferred to UMASS and currently living at Kendrick Place (right opposite Primo, I often go to Primo Too Pizza not only for convenience, but because they are much better than overrated Antonios. The price is very convenient and its portions, no matter how a burger, pommes, wrap or slices of pizza, are more than generous, I always underestimate how much I can eat there, but nevertheless, order more all the same. The family that leads this restaurant is about hard working, honest and very courteous (if you have any questions or preferences when ordering, they are also extremely warm and welcoming, especially the owner, should I have a rough day, he will literally stop what he does and ask me how I do it and have a complete, authentic conversation that can mean more than I sometimes express. If I didn't believe in everything I said, I wouldn't have written such a review, such a shame I live in the Eastern Ma, or otherwise I would come here all year round. If someone is interested in high-quality ingredients, local pizza, please check this. I look forward to my next visit to Primo Too Pizza :
Love the pizza here. Better than Antonios, in my opinion. In any case, you must come back with the person who has a little comment. I know exactly who she talks to the sniffy little idiot who works the register. Extremely disrespectful. I assume he's the owner's son, shouldn't work anywhere that involves customer service. All the others are friendly.
Had a pizza, a calzone and a salad. Pizza was very good, a kind of middle of the street thin crust. Calzone: excellent, lots of filling, very good crust, not soggy at all. Salad, excellent quality if not super creative. Grilled chicken topping was good, but a little garlicky. Overall also a good value. Would come back.
Great local pizza. Alfonso will make you feel at home when you dine in. You can either get pizza by the slice or order the whole pie, or you can order other items from their menu.
