Miss Saigon - Amherst

Pho was so overwhelmed with star anise, I couldn’t finish it. Bun bo Hue was so inauthentic it smelled and tasted nothing remotely like the usually westernized version of the dish. Service was completely lackluster. I give it two stars only because there were no insects, no clearly visible dirty surfaces, not completely obnoxiously rude service, and I didn’t get food poisoning those things would warrant one star (given that we can’t do zero star reviews on here.)So disappointed because other reviews look so good.

Food is nice, close to the original authentic cusine. But some are not quite in a right portion like Beaf Pho .

I really enjoyed the curry chicken soup with jalapeños and basil added to the taste. The crabs were extra crispy and the diving sauce added the appetizer. I want to order the delivery in the future. Make sure to plan additional time for waiting, but the food quality is worth it!

We wanted to eat somewhere else, but it didn't work, so we met Miss Saigon as an alternative. I have to say we were both so happy that it turned out like that! fun, relaxed atmosphere; friendly, accommodating staff who really know the menu well and THE FOOD!!!! The two of us shared a BBQ pork Banh Mi to begin and then he had the Miss Saigon Pho while I had the duck soup, perfect for a rainy day!! We also had a Matcha Milkshake, from which I will dream until I have one again. We wouldn't have been happier.

Excellent food and plenty of space for a smaller restaurant. You can say it is a popular restaurant as it fills quickly. The boobs of the Pho were distinctive and great.
