What Kim doesn't like about La Veracruzana:
I love the restaurant however I ordered something too bland--not their fault. However your delivery person left my order at the desk downstairs when the instructions were to bring it up to my hotel room. Moreover the driver never bothered calling me to tell the food was there! So it got cold waiting in the lobby View all feedback.

Driver was able to deliver my food in a timely manner in a winter storm. A

Food was 30 min late and did not include all sides, no utensils etc despite requests.
