Great restaurant. We stayed at the hotel for three nights in September. Absolutely love this place and will be back. We booked the gourmet experience and there were 50 or 60 € more than just one room to book. But we have a six-course menu every night for two people. And surprise – I looked at the wine list and they said the wines were included with the gourmet experience. They followed what we had every night and made sure we gave something different for each of the six courses. It was a delicious appetizer, a wonderful soup, a fish course, a meat course, and then 2 desert courses. With five different wines. Most dishes were spectacular – over-the-top. For example, they had a beet – watermelon gazpacho with a shovel of tomato ice in it. Unbelievable! My wife wanted to circle around and have another night. I can't wait to go back. Maybe you should spend a whole week there as there is so much to do in Galicia.
Fabulous food, excellent service in all a first-class place to have an unforgettable meal. Very quiet location around the hotel, rustic but modern at the same time. Scallops (Samburiñas) should die. Also the fish baked in the salt. You have a wonderful selection of wines. Near the entrance they have a wonderful living area with a warm fireplace, perfect to some whisky or gin tonic on a cold winter night. Must try if you want to make your evening special.
