Panchero's Mexican Grill - Ames

I ordered for pickup online, and while they had my receipt and the items in the bag were correct, the burrito I received was not mine at all. I can't help but wonder how they managed to overlook 2 out of 3 receipts and still get it wrong.

My order was incomplete no matter how many times I sent it back to the kitchen. The portions are absolutely tiny, a joke for Mexican food. The quality is almost worse than the service.

NEVER order anything line tell literally let you stand there while your order has been ready for 20mins then get rude when you try to ask about it. If I'd just stood in line I would've gotten my food 3x over and probably been able to eat it too. But all I've got is cold food.

Staff was very rude, skimped on amount of beans and meat and told us no when asked for extra. Definitely not worth the $40 we paid for a couple of bland tasting burritos and quesadillas.

I went in to use the app to get my $1 burrito. They had signs saying that they were cash only at the moment. Well no problem I have a dollar right? Well no I go through the whole line and then that's when they mention it and ring me up full price. Absolutely ridiculous. Also look at this half of a burrito bowl in the bowl.
