The w... read more We had heard so much about Pluma’s popularity and we were not disappointed when we visited in June. We could choose a table and loved the decor and music. The waiter was absolutely excellent at helping us choose suitable dishes and accompanying wine and the service was quick and efficient. Staff stopped for a chat if we wanted and we felt very welcome. This is not a cheap restaurant but you could easily pop in for a snack and drink on a more regular basis as the tapas is ordered as separate dishes. We will certainly go again!

Very good food and authentic. The service was good and the interior was pleasant. We had a 6pm booking and we were provided a nice table for 2 hours. Upon check... read more Very good food and authentic. The service was good and the interior was pleasant. We had a 6pm booking and we were provided a nice table for 2 hours. Upon check in it was brought to our attention of the 2 hour limit and we understood that the table would need to be free by 8pm. The waiter then reminded us again about the table needing to be free at 8pm. At 7:45pm we were ready to settle the bill but the restaurant was very busy, great ambience. At 8:02pm we had to flag down a waitress to pay the bill who then told us that someone was waiting for our table. We did not need to be reminded as we were courteous and mindful that we had to leave on time but in fact it was because of the staff who were too busy to make sure we were provided with the bill on time to vacate prior to the next guests arrival. We will return of course but want the establishment to know that we don't need to be told 3 times that our table is needed (it leaves a rushed feeling).
