The w... read more We had heard so much about Pluma’s popularity and we were not disappointed when we visited in June. We could choose a table and loved the decor and music. The waiter was absolutely excellent at helping us choose suitable dishes and accompanying wine and the service was quick and efficient. Staff stopped for a chat if we wanted and we felt very welcome. This is not a cheap restaurant but you could easily pop in for a snack and drink on a more regular basis as the tapas is ordered as separate dishes. We will certainly go again!

My constructive criticism is that we could smell an air freshener that kept pumping out at intervals and that wasn’t pleasant especially as we sat near the loo door. Although the loo itself was fine. We felt hurried towards the end as I’m not used to being told I have to order dessert before a certain time and it was obvious they wanted to close and go home. Our table was booked for 8.30 so we should have been able to have a relaxed meal without feeling they wanted us to leave.
