The food is really good. There is not much to say about the experience other than it is an average one.
I asked for a salad I sent my order on a card. Please no peppers. They loaded my salad with every pepper they had
I'm not usually one to complain, but I have to say that the manager at this restaurant is surprisingly stingy with the meats, and that attitude seems to influence the whole place. If you're hoping for double meat through the online ordering app, don't count on it! You have to go in person and wait until they've put the initial serving on your sandwich before you can request a double portion. It's as if they believe it’s coming out of their own pockets. I had to turn down a sandwich today, and I saw another family do the same. Honestly, I should have refused the other sandwiches I ordered because they arrived without cheese – even though I requested double cheese – and they were severely lacking in meat as well. This isn't a one-time issue; there have been other problems here, especially with coupon use. I've had to come up with actual strategies just to get what I’ve paid for at this particular Subway. It’s ridiculous. It really just doesn’t make any sense.
The bread was hard and stale, lacking freshness. The food did not have much flavor, and the vegetables were dry and seemed old. By the afternoon, the bread had become very tough and tasteless.
