Cook Out - Americus

Overall, this is a good restaurant if you have late-night cravings as a college student. Although I would like the milkshakes here to be blended a bit more, so there's less toppings getting stuck in the small straws.

I was here today for a late lunch today. I had a double burger, and STALE Cajun fries with hair in it. Jasmin could use an attitude adjustment. She was not nice, and is very rude.

Food is good but at my visit yesterday(9/26) customer service was severely lacking. Simple thank you?s, your welcome?s and just common courtesy can go a long way. I did only see one cashier in there so maybe just short staffed/overwhelmed/overworked?Stillnot an excuse to be rude to customers.

Always liking the Big Double. Everything on it.Their burger is better than. McD's Hardee's, Wendy's In my opinion. Bk and Cookout are close. But have decided to go to Cookout for last 40 days if eating out at work. Just git to make sure to check bagfor thier nice sauce for the onion rings???? Better than BKs

Cook Out burgers aren't my favorite by any stretch of the imagination. However, if you stick to the specials .99 double burger .99 shake: watermelon today) it's some of the cheapest eats in town! Gotta love that!
