I walked in Tangies for the first time and asked them what they were famous for and they said garbage hash browns . So I ordered some up. The hash browns had everything in them, then I had two eggs over easy placed on top and then they poured their homemade gravy over all. It was amazing. View all feedback.
I was here and expected a normal small place of fat spoons. Tangie had a great breakfast. The food was great and the service was great. They recently made some updates to the place, new carpets and all seats were restored. It's a great little café. And if you want to talk to someone, the other people there were friendly and helpful. I recommend a visit, just not all at once there are not so many tables, so save a stand for me.

The first time here on a sister date and the man was delicious! The service was great and the coffee was on the spot. Should have got a larger platelet of delicious cookies and Gravy! Definitely a great breakfast place!
One of the best holes in the wall diver in the state! But it's kind of small and I like to go for Sunday brunch so that the food on that day is really bad, so don't go on Sunday. I mean, they're closed, so you shouldn't go!
Let me begin by saying that Diner Essen is my favorite. I decided to try Tangies, his status as mother and Pop Diner. I ordered the French Toast Special and one side of Scones. All flavors were perfect the sausage was perfectly cooked, the eggs were very tasteful, and as others mentioned, the blackberry syrup is delicious! The French toast was a little soft for my taste, but again the taste was there. Scones were hot and fresh with some crispy. The best I found in the area. I will definitely be back if only for this. Notes for first timers: Sit when you go in. No one has to wait for someone to help you. (I got confused and went to the counter first pay at the switch when you are finished eating. You don't get a check at your table. I was the only person under 40 in the whole setup for half an hour I was there Other reviews I read say it's a little hostile for newbies, but I didn't experience that.
