I'm surprised by all the bad reviews for this place, because my experience was pretty good When I showed up, there were no employees in front, to make an order; I waited for about 90 seconds before someone came from the back and asked if I needed anything. Super fast, and the best dragon drink i’ve had. Like so fast by the time i paid for it another barista had made it and it was handed to me. Whoever made this drink really knows their stuff it’s so good
There is almost always no line here! Super fast and easy. The baristas are always so friendly. Shoutout to my girl Arianna for inventing the caramel apple freeze; that was incredible. Someone please give her a raise! That was genius on her part. She makes a mean iced chai too: I’d give 6 stars if I could!

I always get the best drinks here, but today I walked up to the counter to order and there was a employee at the register, I believe her name was Sandra. I thought she was just doing something on the register because her head was down for some time. After some about 5 minute I noticed that she was texting or playing on her phone, still hadn’t noticed that I got in line to order this whole time.
