Roxberry Juice - American Fork

Don't come here. I've been coming to this location in and off since it very first appeared in Utah in my teen years. This location once was the BEST Roxberry in the state and now every time I come here I have FULL FROZEN strawberries. It's the dumb blonde girls who ruin my order every single time and or don't blend it. It's a SMOOTHIE!! Not FULL FROZEN FRUIT big enough to not suck through a straw! Their green smoothies? I get full lime peels. Do customers a favor and stop hiring lazy teenagers.

Are used to go to this Roxberry all the time when I was in high school and I just went today for the first time in a long time and I waited in line for about five ten minutes didn't even have my order taken at the window because they just never got to it then turned around, walked inside, ordered my drink for it to not be fully mixed, and for them to be more distracted playing on their phones, then taking care of the orders. Kinda disappointing, so keep that in mind.

Who doesn't like this place! I always love the drinks and you can't really go wrong. This location was nice and had a good seating area inside. The inside was also clean looking inside. The staff was friendly and helpful and even smiled a lot. They were also quick to make our drinks and do a great job at it.

This place drives me crazy. Takes over 10 min to get a smoothie and there is nobody else in there. Don't know why it takes so long. Looks like the staff in there playing around then they shove the iPad in your face wanting a tip! No thank you. I will go elsewhere

I seriously was waiting in like for over 30 min (2 cars in front of me) and ordered 2 small smoothies. When I came to the window spent another 10 minutes waiting for the second smoothie cuz it wasn't ready... when it was finally ready I sip on it as I was driving away and the smoothie was sour and didn't have any protein in it. I was ordering this smoothie for over 8 years (iron strong) and know for a fact that it not suppose to taste like sour blended ice with no flavor especially if it's supposed to be with protein. Went inside and theres 4 people working and no customers inside so the wait time totally doesn't make any sense to me especially because I was working in fast food industry for years when I was young. They did remake it once someone noticed that I was waiting by the register and it tasted good after all but the wait and the mistakes that they always make is so ridiculously crazy that i would definitely never come back to this location or recommend it to anyone especially knowing that there's 4 people working and it should take no more than 2 minutes to make a smoothie.
