Really unfortunate that my recent experience was such a bad one. Especially considering I’ve never had any issues with Nori before. Had a $100 takeout order and when we arrived home all of our rolls besides one were completely soaked in a sweet sauce to the point where you couldn’t even use chopsticks since they fell apart. Called back and although the person on the phone (Jared) was extremely nice and understanding was not the decision maker as far as helping us out. At one point he even asked someone in the background “well we have to help them right?” which to me insinuated that the decision maker didn’t want to help us at all in the first place. In the end they offered 2 free rolls which is a slap in the face for $80 of food ruined. Wasn’t going to argue over the phone with a person that was trying to be helpful. Rarely if ever have I given a negative review for a place but this takes the cake. Unfortunate but never coming back and warning to others don’t expect customer service when something goes wrong.

The sushi rolls are great, I especially love the shishito role. But one of us ordered a steak and it was over cooked and had no seasoning at all—nothing. I ordered the short ribs, kalbi, and it was so tough it was inedible. Will I go again? Probably, but I’ll stick with the rolls. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
