Reminds me of the mom and pop diners from my childhood in the 80s. Food has a home cooked feel. Decor didn't make it out of the 80s so it gives flash backs. Service is generally good but never something to brag about. Coffee is hot. People watching is entertaining every time.
Jim's is a nice diner type restaurant with breakfast anytime. This is good news for everyone who likes breakfast but sleep really late. One of Utah's best diners.
