Absolutely delicious! You can't go wrong here! The chicken finger portions were enormous—definitely big enough to share! The bacon burger was large and juicy—so tasty!

This restaurant was a huge disappointment. They got my order completely wrong, the bacon was overcooked to the point of being burnt, and despite ordering double blue cheese, the burger was dry. On top of that, they sent the incorrect shake via DoorDash. I called to complain, and although they promised me a gift card that was less than the cost of the messed-up burger and shake, it never arrived. When I called again to follow up, the manager was quite rude and told me to deal with DoorDash instead. I will not be returning and strongly recommend you go elsewhere. I spent over $100 on two burgers, a grilled cheese, a club sandwich with fries, and two shakes, and they couldn't get anything right or make it right. It's too expensive, and they clearly do not value their customers.

I requested no tomatoes and asked for fry sauce. While my order wasn't exactly correct, the food was still tasty. The delivery driver did a great job.

Love all their chicken sandwiches, triple C burger, fries are giant and fry sauce delish, shakes are way too big for one person to eat so if you like big portions and food made to order, not premade, this place is bomb. Love the grilled turkey and cheese on sourdough too. Plenty of burger and sandwich varieties. Theyve always been very friendly and got my order right or immediately fixed it and let me keep the incorrect item.

Tonight, I decided to visit JCW’s on a whim for a little cheat day treat. I ordered the JCW Double with fries and a medium Oreo shake, and I really enjoyed it. The restaurant wasn’t too crowded when I arrived at 5:45 pm, but the staff were outstanding. The burger was impressively large but incredibly tasty, and the fry sauce was fantastic. However, the highlight was definitely the shake – it was unbeatable! I’d say this is the perfect spot for indulging without a care in the world. I highly recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be returning!
