Café río has slowly slipped, but tonight took the cake. Grilled chicken was inedible, and rice was undercooked... which it is 50%of the time. I dont know if theres a manager doing frequent quality checks, but if so, they are missing the mark by a long shot. Horrible experience. View all feedback.
I absolutely love their craft specialty horchata. It pairs perfectly with everything on the menu. The flavor is fantastic, and I hope to enjoy it for the rest of my life!
Café Río has gradually declined, but tonight was the worst. The grilled chicken was inedible, and the rice was undercooked—this happens about half the time. I'm not sure if a manager is conducting regular quality checks, but if they are, they are certainly falling short. It was a terrible experience.
I ordered a kids' meal through DoorDash and it was advertised to come with orange slices and pico, but it didn’t include either. Additionally, the food was cold, making it seem like my salad had been taken straight from the fridge. The rice was a sticky, unappetizing mess.
The nachos were just okay. The pork was really good. There was no fork.
My salad was disgusting. The tortilla was burnt, it was thrown together and I threw it away after a few bites. Cafe Rio used to be so good, but I will not eat here again. A waste of money.
