This review is specifically about the black coffee. This is my second visit to this café. I usually prefer my coffee plain. When I used to work in Napa, I often noticed a long line here. It's possible that the other drinks might taste better, and I'm open to trying them someday. However, regarding the brewed coffee, it was far too bitter for my taste. I couldn't finish it and had to eat something just to get through the cup. Honestly, I've had better coffee from gas stations and 7/11, which is kind of surprising! Nevertheless, I'm sure the other beverages might be worth a try, and I plan to return to sample them. The customer service here is excellent, though. Both times I've visited, they were fantastic.

I stopped by for a hot Vietnamese coffee and really enjoyed it. The woman working there was very friendly and had my order ready in just a few minutes. They have a pretty extensive menu that includes hot, iced, and blended drinks, as well as some breakfast options. This is a drive-thru coffee shop, conveniently situated right off Highway 29. It's definitely worth trying if you're looking for something different from your usual Starbucks.

Today, I visited Java Detour for the first time, only to discover that it was closing for good today. I ordered a blended white mocha, and the barista was incredibly friendly. She even recommended a drink that she enjoys making for herself, which I decided to try as well. I regret not getting her name, but I want to give her a shoutout for her kindness and positivity! She truly made my day!

Love this place. They have great staff over there. One day I wasn't sure what I wanted and the new guy created a drink for me! It was a white chocolate mocha made with coconut milk and an add shot. Best coffee I have had in years! Everyone is super friendly.
