Chipotle Mexican Grill - Amelia

This is honestly the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. They are constantly out of white rice, the portions are incredibly small, and the place is never clean. I've tried giving it another chance, but I keep getting let down. Save your time—if you come here, they'll likely be out of rice, which is the main ingredient! It doesn't even deserve a single star.

Unfortunately, this location frequently runs out of essential ingredients such as fajitas, chicken, and steak. In fact, during seven out of my last ten visits or orders, there were mistakes with our delivery and online orders, sometimes to the extent that you might wonder if they even read the order ticket. It seems that management is somewhat disconnected from their customers and the level of service provided. I wholeheartedly recommend Chipotle as a whole and enjoy dining there weekly; however, I have chosen to take my business to other locations. This Chipotle makes the saddest smallest burritos of any Chipotle have ever been to. The meat is often poorly butchered and often contains bones. Any online pickup order will sit in the back for 10 minutes getting cold before they bring it out. The tortillas here often taste stale and are hard. Please do not go to this location if you were hankering for Chipotle. Any of the others in the region are far superior.
