I had a terrible experience with the service from 'Amanda' in the back. I waited over twenty minutes without even being offered a drink. It was quite disappointing, especially since I've been going to this place for over 15 years. While their wings are easy to find elsewhere, I must say their fried pretzels are unbelievably good. We had an amazing dinner in the back non-smoking area. The wings were crispy, the service was quick and extremely friendly, and the waffle fries arrived promptly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
