we used to be at the cafe noir when it was opened a few years ago, but we unfortunately moved away from the opposite. Luckily we are back and had to do with a departure through the constrictions. the pizzas were excellent. very thin. crust and exactly what the doctor ordered for our beach pizza picnic. there are not many English speakers in the opposite, and this may be the only rating in English for cafe noir. when...
