Hippeau Brasserie - Amboise

Good restaurant, correct reception even if the server could be more smiling. very good dishes (burger and bar with a muddy risotto even if the epile was a bit spicy at the end, this risotto was original!

The service is okay, just twice we had a dirty glass, once with the finger marks, the second time with lipstick. the dishes are good enough, but the fries are very dry. similar to the children menu, chicken crispy it was certainly crispy but also very dry, my 5-year-old daughter had trouble chewing, and I had trouble cutting them into small pieces.

Terrace at the back of the very quiet restaurant that allows to be cool in case of heat. cooking impeccable meat, burger and excellent tartare. fast service and friendly and smiling staff.

It's very curious. the entrance (snails) was totally lacking of seasoning, so of taste, as well the dish (Lamb) was very successful. room staff is very helpful and efficient. the price quality ratio is correct. so a correct brewery kitchen without a big surprise.
