A great place to stop at any time of day. Morning coffee, lunch- ranging from sandwiches to pizzas and salads, a pre-dinner aperitif, dinner or a cocktail. The service is excellent and the view of the chateau spectacular. Sit in the cosy interior in winter or on the large terrace in summer. It's the perfect place to watch the world go by. Located in the main touristic street of Amboise, this café is usually preferred to have a break during the touristic visit. So, don't expect anything fancy here but the place is nice for the break purpose: the service is swift and you can watch people passing by while sipping your coffee and having a bite from your crepe. Personal friendly and eat good quality. Eight of us had a mix of things. ente confit, salate, croque monsieur etc. all are happy and full.
Beautiful service excellent steak hache and frit good value, beautiful location. good choice of drinks, beer, cocktails etc.
Reception and pleasant service. They adapted the dish to my allergy to milk.
