What User doesn't like about Pancheros Mexican Grill:
Was thrilled to try this place. Many people work, just eat another family, but there were many dirty tables. Eating was okay. Tacos were too big to fit on the plate, so half was pulled over the food storage table while some of the things fell out. It wasn't a big first impression. View all feedback.
1. You occasionally offer shrimp, but why not have it all the time? It's my favorite ingredient for burritos, and if shrimp were always on the menu, I’d probably visit twice a week during my lunch breaks. I bet others would too! Many people choose to avoid meat, but still enjoy seafood. Not having shrimp available really limits your options, and it’s a missed opportunity since you excel compared to the competition. 2. I hate to say this, but if someone orders a veggie burrito and chooses not to add meat, the guacamole should be complimentary in that case. Small changes like this can make a big difference for your customers and could be the reason why people opt for other restaurants instead. On a positive note, the staff is always friendly and welcoming. If you could address these two points, I would definitely be visiting more often!
The food is delicious, but I consistently receive something different than what I ordered. I always pay for sour cream and guacamole, but they don’t include it. While it's better than Chipotle, I wouldn't rate it a full 5 stars.
I was excited to try this restaurant, but my experience was somewhat disappointing. While I noticed that many people were dining there, it felt like the staff was overwhelmed, resulting in several dirty tables being left uncleaned. The food was decent, but I found the tacos to be oversized; they were so large that they couldn’t fit on the plate, causing half of them to hang over onto the storage table and some ingredients to spill out. Overall, it wasn't the best first impression.

Had a large order for a party and the staff was not only fast to prepare but got everything correct. On top of this the food was phenomenal, highly recommend this place.
