A MUST on every visit to Amberg But: today my wife had a Schäuferle (pork shoulder). A Schäuferle (pork shoulder) should be as soft as butter and practically fall off the bone. You could hammer a nail into the wall with this one. And the roast pork was dry, too. I think the food used to be better.
