Subway - Amber Valley

I used the app to place an order at this restaurant. The app notified me that my order was ready for pick up, but when I arrived, my order was not prepared. The staff told me they were too busy to handle my pick up order, even though there was only one person in front of me. It was frustrating, especially since I had been in the bar across the street and saw no customers coming in. The staff's attitude was very rude.

My favorite sub to order is the BMT with salami, pepperoni, and ham - delicious! The staff is polite and helpful with the menu. This is always my go-to Subway because they consistently deliver the best service!

I come here alot tbh and never thought to leave a reveiw until today after seeing the new lady there doing a order for uber eats, she carefully decorated It nicely with the food , taking alot of care to make it look perfect, I really noticed her which is lovely see , the man there is amazing to, very polite and lovely staff, make the sandwiches to a perfect standard

One very polite member of staff the rest appear to he completely indifferent. Nobody knows the menu and ordering feels like an ordeal. Won't go again.

Absolutely terrible shouldn’t be working with Deliveroo if they are unable to keep up with the work. waited over an hour for my order to not even be accepted. have now canceled my order and taken my custom else where.
