Mcdonald's - Amber Valley

To say how busy this mcdonald's gets the fries are somehow never salted. Everything else is your standard can't go wrong Maccies apart from them fries

The restaurant consistently gets orders wrong and shows no concern when asked for corrections. There is no apology given and no sense of urgency to fix mistakes, causing the rest of the order to become cold or melted.

I am tired of wasting my money at this restaurant. Once again, I just arrived home to discover that half of my order is missing. The service is pathetic and extremely poor, it couldn't be any worse.

It was very good but service was a bit slow even though it was not very busy.4/7/24 It's got a lot better than last time I went the food was hot for a change .Which makes it more enjoyable. The service was good.

I always opt for the drive-through at this McDonald's, as the service is usually very quick and the food is consistently good. I have never encountered any issues, and the staff are always helpful and friendly. The only downside is the location next to a roundabout, where cars can come at you quickly as you try to exit. This can make it challenging to leave, as there is a McDonald's sign to the right, which is on the side of the roundabout. However, this is not McDonald's fault, as it is a small plot of land that is popular with customers.
