Five Guys - Amber Valley

After avoiding almost all other restaurants in Meadowhall due to some type of obsession with controlling one type or another, we were pleasantly surprised by our first visit to Five Guys. The staff was very friendly and we were able to help ourselves to toppings and sauces, which is almost unheard of at this time, but a very nice change. The food was expensive but very good. My sandwich turned out to be a very tasty burger. The Cajun fries were lovely. The milkshake was excellent. We will definitely be returning here on our next visit to Meadowhall.

Ok so it’s a burger joint but actually it’s THE burger joint. A cheeseburger with everything on it and a strawberry shake with cream is my guilty pleasure. Hot, delicious, stodgy heaven. If only they did decent fries too

We love five guys and today was just the best experience for us by far. Ordered our food with Archie who was so helpful and lovely, he really made it special for us, and the food was incredible as always. But anyway we love Archie...and want to take him home!!

This place is a huge milestone for me, I had my first date with my girlfriend which I love very much) and the staff made everything just flow, the way they helped us decide what do we actually want on our burger (as we...weren’t acquainted to the menu) was absolutely brilliant, all I got to say is: Keep doing your thing Five Guys

Having walked away from pretty much every other restaurant in Meadowhall because of control freakery of one sort or another, we were pleasantly surprised by our first visit to a Five Guys. The staff were super friendly and we could help ourselves to refills and...sauces which is almost unheard of at the moment, but a very pleasant change. The food was expensive but really nice. My sandwich turned out to be a burger but really tasty. The cajun chips were lovely. The milkshake was superb. We will definatly visit here again on our next visit to Meadowhall.
