Texas Roadhouse - Amarillo

Eating, drinks and customer service were amazing! we were originally laid in the corner and we asked to sit from the t.vs! they did not hesitate to move us! bryan took care of us! he was very helpful and polite! my man wondered about a drink and his recommendation was right! everyone had a great time, laugh, fun,...and friendly atmosphere! very pleasant staff!

Never had a bad experience at Texas Roadhouse until tonight. 3 out of the 5 steaks at our table had to be sent back. 2 of those should have been sent back again because they still weren’t right the second time around. All of the tables around us had to have their steaks sent back…multiple times. Definitely will not go back anytime soon.

One of my favorite steakhouses. The rolls are always hot ans fresh with that amazing butter. Our steaks are always perfect. Also a plus, the cheese fries come with A LOT of bacon. My kids go crazy for them everytime.

Ordered online ahead so I can get my lunch and enjoy it on time I ordered at 11:40 it claimed it’ll be ready 12:13 I got there at 12:10. It is currently 12:30 and I’ve used already 35 mins of my lunch time… by the time I get back to work I’ll be late back. Really wished I got my food on time. I’m also currently pregnant so the fact I’ll only be able to eat half of my meal has me disappointed. Like I said it’s 12:30 now and I still haven’t received my food.

The best restaurant I always love this place the margaritas are the best.
