I don’t think they could manage to get an order right even if it was written down—oh wait, it was written down! I placed a mobile order, and my burger turned out to be a mess. It was cold, included ingredients I specifically asked to be removed, and they charged me an extra $0.60 for jalapeños that were never added. On top of that, there was no straw for my drink! Sonic app has changed my life Happy Hour is 24 hours with half price drinks! This Sonic is always on the ball and gets my order out quickly.
Service is usually really good, drinks are good, however I wish they would not add flavor to drinks first or stir them up, taking that first big drink and it is all flavoring is not good. Food is good most of the time, would be nice if corporate could come up with a better container to put chili dogs in, hate pulling it out of package and 1/2 of toppings are stuck to it
Zero stars. Forever to get my food and the burgers were so cold that the cheese was not even melted on the meat. It literally felt like they were put in the refrigerator. Buns were tough too. Don't think I'm going back to this place. Food: 1/5
Fast and fresh. Hot and delicious, just a few words I use to describe this Sonic.Now, if only they would remember the forks in my order, I would be in heaven.
