The bar could use some serious attention. Took 29 minutes for our drinks to come out. We got our food before we got our drinks. Hoping they were just off that night. No urgency in the bar. Beautiful restaurant with great brunch choices. My husband got the matador breakfast and our son got the French toast. I had scrambled eggs with bacon and cheese. We stayed in Amarillo for the night on our cross country trip.
The tapas are quite nice, but the paella was disgusting...the rice was undercooked and the chicken was soggy. It tasted like it had been microwaved.

What a hidden gem!Excellent food, real Spanish wines and a chic interior.Discovered that they also offer Dining In The Dark if you follow their Facebook page. It seems like a popular event based on the line up to get in.
