I absolutely loved the tacos! The hot sauce was fantastic as well. We will definitely be stopping by again on our way out of Texas. My daughter said, "Mm mm, I haven't had tacos this good in a long time!" Haha, and they’re open late, which is a nice bonus!

The food is good, served quickly, and at the right temperature. A tip: if you're dining alone, make sure to inform the staff that you're not finished eating. If you get up during lunch, they'll clear your table before you can even refill your drink, regardless of how much food you have left. It's hard to say if this is efficient or just rushing customers. I wasn’t anywhere near finished and then had to navigate through stacked trays to get my receipt.

Rosa's is an absolute gem! The food is fantastic, and the prices are very reasonable. The service is always cheerful, which adds to the experience. I ordered tamales and got a dozen, saving some to enjoy at home for a couple of days—they were delicious! My husband chose the Chile Verde Plate, which is a Mexican stew, and he loved it!

Here are 2 pieces of bone from the ground beef in my tacos. Gross. Could have broken my tooth if I bit down hard enough.

The food is good BUT!!!! I?m so tired of them messing up our orders! Every time we place a order Togo they have ALWAYS forgotten something. When we get home and give the kids their food, they forgot the chicken, steak, or Taco?s. It?s SO annoying and I haveto come back up here to get it! Then they tell me it?s going to take 20 to 30 minutes to make 3 taco?s. Get your act together!
