Papa Johns Pizza - Amarillo

Door pocket. I ordered 2 ny style 16 pizzas. one was the Tuscan 6 cheese and the other meat pizza with extra sauce. pizza was hot when he was delivered and made to order. they did not slip on the meat and added extra sauce. pfeffer, chili flakes and garlic sauce were included in the box. I loved the taste of both pizzas. my roommate thought the flesh was not tasteful enough, I think it was perfect.

I constantly have had issues with this store. Either the manager doesn't care to improve it or they go thru managers so often that they just don't care. Edit: Management has changed and the quality of food and product has improved. I have still yet to get a delivery order through this store.

Carry out. Was ready when they said it would. It had all the right amounts of stuff that pizza's supposed to have. All n all it was hot, round and delicious !

Horrible customer service. Food can be ready and sitting on the warmer and they will make you wait until they're done putting labels on boxes(even though they have a few already labeled). Then, you get this kind of food. Absolutely the worst Papa John's out of the entire city. I'd go with the one on bell if they'd deliver to me. Update: called Papa John's customer complaint line that day and filed a complaint. Store manager has yet to call me back. When she was supposed to call me back within 48 hours. Have never received the call back on any times of call the complaint about this store. The manager simply does not care about customer service or store quality. Edit: app initially tells you what one cost is going to be but does not alert you to the charges of any additions or anything even though the deal says it's one price. So then when you do everything and take the time selecting stuff you come to find out it's going to be well above which you expected to be. Pizza Hut doesn't have this issue. Their app actually lets you know what the price increase is going to be and how much extra is going to cost. I would suggest going with Pizza Hut and leaving Papa John's behind

The gentleman on the front counter came from the kitchen to take over for the older gentleman, he was super nice and attentive. In addition, he made our 3 pizzas and poppers. Our food was fresh and only 100% delicious!. More than we expected, but worth it.
