Mcdonald's - Amarillo

I visited the restaurant and was informed by the workers that they no longer take orders at the counter and customers must use the kiosks instead. It was not a big issue for me, but some people may struggle with the new system. When I received my food and thanked the worker, she did not respond. The food was a bit dry, except for the fries. I would give them the benefit of the doubt as they seemed very busy and everyone can have a bad day. I would be willing to give them another chance.

We won't be returning to this restaurant due to the use of inappropriate language and the lack of attentive service.

The ice cream coffee was perfect and was served promptly. It was a win-win situation. Rating: 5 out of 5 for the food.

The staff of this McDonald is so unprofessional and rude. An older couple went after us and did not know how to use the kiosk, the lady who works on them to stand on the front, and they politely said they needed help. When they came out of food, it wasn’t what he had ordered, she said: “Of course, that’s what you ordered, so...” didn’t do a single thing to help him or make it right. In addition, all staff spoke so loud in the kitchen, I found out who one of them slept with, and the other had a wig in the back.... You can't do that. Smh. If you go to McDonald, don't go to this.

Two of my friends and I stopped at this McDonald’s to get something quick and cheap. The next day was an instant regret. All three of us got food poisoning and were forced to be out of work for 3 days, due to the risk of our job. If you are craving McDonalds for whatever odd reason, I would not go to this one, unless you want to throw up for 3 days.
