What Lorenza Blick doesn't like about Kabuki Romanza:
Ordered takeout, steak rare and salmon medium rare. When we came back to the hotel, both were cooked very well. I called and was sure it was an accident, and next time it would be good. You never offered meals to remake. Very poor customer service. View all feedback.
The wait for a table wasn't long and we were set at a grill where we only waited a few minutes for our chief.
This place is terribly depressing!!!! I can't express how terrible this place ishow they are still in business is beyond me.

Absolutely everything was a 5-star rating! From host to server to cook. And the food? Just amazing! This was our first time here and we will definitely be back! I recommend this Japanese steakhouse!!
Good food, good staff and great landscape! The light and sound show with the boat was amazing, and the jokes from the cook were scary. Being here for the first time and loving everything
