Ihop - Amarillo

I usually avoid chain restaurants, but Mo was so exceptional that I couldn't resist. She was kind, friendly, and patient with my various requests.

Upon arrival, we found an empty table at the restaurant. Unfortunately, this seemed to be a common occurrence as it took 45 minutes to be seated and another 45 minutes to receive our food. By the time we finished eating, nearly 3 hours had passed. While the staff was friendly, the long wait and high cost ($90) made the experience less than satisfactory. The food itself was decent, but overall, we felt that our time and money could have been better spent elsewhere with better service.

IHOP has been amazing recently. I have visited twice in the past few weeks and received fantastic, friendly service both times. The food was unbelievably good. I especially love their vegetable crepes, which they made for me even though they are no longer on the menu. The management, kitchen, and wait staff all contributed to making it a great experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly our breakfast arrived. We had barely sat down and started drinking our coffee before our food was brought out and ready to be enjoyed. It was my first time having breakfast so early in the morning and I was impressed by the swift service and efficiency of the staff. Overall, it was a great experience.

We visited the restaurant last night after a concert and were in a hurry. Autumn, our server, promptly attended to us, wearing a smile on her face while assisting customers and other staff members. She created a positive and respectful atmosphere and handled the rush without any signs of anger or frustration. We enjoyed our time with her and the food was delicious! A big thank you to the IHOP staff who worked last night. Autumn deserves a raise and promotion for her exceptional service, she is a valuable asset to your establishment!
