This restaurant is definitely top-notch. The food is very delicious and of high quality. The customer service is one of the best around. What User doesn't like about Giovanni's Pizzeria:
I ordered delivery from this restaurant and requested it to arrive by 10 o'clock. I waited, as the previous times I ordered from them the delivery time was around 1.5 hours, which was fine. Since it was a Friday, I anticipated a longer wait. However, when I called to check on my order, I found out that it had already been delivered without any notification. Went and ordered a boil salad no tomato and a carnivore calzone. it took 1 and 1/2 hours because the calzon was cold for the first time. not sure why all the time and of course my sale had tomaten
Great pizza. Not very greasy. Great taste. They need to learn what extra mushrooms means. But they did good. Very nice on the phone and the delivery guy was super nice to. I tipped him well. Thanks guys
I used to really like place. Placed an order every week faithfully, that how much i enjoyed it. Then i makea $60 purchace and i canceled it and was told the money would go back to card. Here it is 16 days later and Ive did all that i was able to and still cant get problem resolved. The owner said to contact my bank it out of thier hand and he cant do nothing? I contacted my bank and i got an email saying the transaction is clearly on thier end? VERY POOR BUISNESS OWNER!!DOMINICK YOU CLEARLY CAN RESOLVE THIS ISSUE BUT YOU DONT WORK YOU TAIL OFF FOR YOUR MONEY SO $60 IS NOTHING TO YOU. WELL ITS EVERYTHING TO ME IM RAISING TWO KIDS AND ACTUALLY WORK ON MY FEET 40hrs a week. What a waste for your business!!!! I will be reporting you to the BBB!!!
