My husband went inside to get itfixed and they gave him a small plastic container of lettuce and said sorry didn 't do anything about the sour cream and salsathat was spilled all inside the bag. I 'm very disappointed in the service the food and how it was fixed .

I ordered the new steak bowl, and it definitely lived up to my expectations—it was delicious and satisfying without the mystery ingredients you sometimes find at other places. However, I was disappointed by the overall cost; it came to $40 for three basic bowls and a few drinks.

Unfortunately, I noticed a staff member who seemed to be checking the temperatures of the food. She used the same thermometer for the salsa, corn, and sour cream without cleaning it in between, and it didn’t seem like she left it in long enough to get an accurate reading. Because of this concern about cross-contamination, we decided not to get any sides.

However, when I visited the store, the cashier charged me for a side of chips and salsa. When I inquired about it, I had to explain the situation to the key-holder on duty, who rudely tried to argue with me before issuing a refund. It wasn’t a large sum, and I wasn't overly upset until she began to act frustrated, even though it was their error. Perhaps it would be helpful for staff to familiarize themselves with store policies instead of making customers feel foolish for simply asking questions.

I took the mea... read more I tried Chipotle for the first time last night. As a DoorDash driver, I had an order canceled by the customer while I was en route to deliver it. I took the meal home for my spouse, but it came with sour cream. I've been on a diet for the past two weeks, but I enjoyed the meal last night and still managed to lose half a pound instead of the usual pound I drop daily on my calorie deficit diet. I had a burrito bowl, and it was delicious. I can't wait to enjoy more once I reach my weight goals.
