Great hole in the wall in a sketchy part of town. Though not the best Pho I've had, it's still pretty good and authentic. $16 per bowl is a little pricey but the portions are large and they don't skimp on the meat/veggies. The beef was really tender. The grilled pork bahn mi was also delicious. Would go back if I ever come back to Amarillo. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 View all feedback.
What Inteera P doesn't like about Cafe Blvd:
Service was okay, food was overpriced but over all the food was decent. I would come back if they bring down the price, for example the Bun Bo Hue I had ordered was $15. In my honest opinion that's a little bit too much. View all feedback.

Wait was horrific. I waited almost a freaking hour for my sandwich and rice dish. People coming in after me got there food before me…
I was in town for a short work and this was on the way when returning to my hotel. It 's managed by the family. Kids were helping out. The Bun Bo Hue was tasty and authentic. I wouldn 't coming back when I 'm in town. I tried another place pretending to serve PHO It was a disastrous effort by the cook. I know they 're not Vietnamese so they do not have the taste buds for the authentic flavor.
We were driving through Amarillo and did a search by ratings for dinner and this one came up. They say they deliver but didn't have staff to deliver to our hotel. We did pick up order of the beef fried rice, bun bowl delux and egg rolls. The food was excellent! I was a little surprised because the inside of the place is pretty sketchy. I don't think I would ever eat at the restaurant but would order takeout all the time if I lived close by.
