We had this establishment cater a class reunion five years ago and were extremely pleased with them, and I have recommended them to others over the last five ye... read more We had this establishment cater a class reunion five years ago and were extremely pleased with them, and I have recommended them to others over the last five years. Last weekend we had them cater our 50th class reunion and was very unsatisfied. The brisket was good, sides were good, the wings not good. It appeared they had been cooked much earlier in the day and were very rubbery. I’ve had numerous people say they were not edible. We had reserved two servers, as we had done previously, and no one showed up to serve. Overall our experience was unacceptable. I will not hire them or recommend them again.
