Main Street Tavern - Amagansett

By far the worst service I have ever received! Restaurant had many empty tables on this Monday and lots of staff walking around in circles. Took over 10 minutes for server to come after we sat down and then came to say are you ready to order. Then drinks which were 2 sodas and 1 cocktail took another 10 minutes. Food was terrible steamed dumplings so salty that they were inedible, burgers were bland with no flavor thank god for ketchup. Definitely not going back!

Nice surroundings very pleasant staff. Food great priced well. Don't pass up french onion soup

Had a beautiful lunch today at Main Street Tavern. From the delicious food to the strong drinks, my group had an enjoyable time. Would definitely come back next time I’m in town!

Who ever conceptualized this menu is ridiculous. It is the most pompous, non sensical menu. You call yourself a Tavern but yet try way to hard to be upscale. Stop. This area needs an actual tavern stop being something you aren't and start catering to locals as well as summer time crowd. Your menu is pretentious and frankly not good.Google the word tavern because you are not a tavern. Let's not start on prices.. $17 for wings??? Are you insane? $16 for hummus... I mean it's hummus and 5 pieces of pita. News flash your hummus tastes the same as store bought. All of their chicken dishes are made with thighs, can't even splurge for chicken breast. This company is the epitome of charge more for a lesser product. Shameful
