We also sampled their signature drink, the BBC, which was incredibly strong and sweet. Let’s just say that having two of those was definitely too much, while three would have hit the spot! The food was served on paper plates, but it was worthy of the finest china, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable. We ended up spending the entire day there, sharing laughs with Cyril and his friends, and it became the highlight of our vacation. I highly recommend this place to everyone! And don’t forget to greet the lovely bartenders on your way in!

I truly love Cyril's! It's the top destination in Amagansett for amazing food, a lively atmosphere, fantastic music, and a great time before heading to Montauk. The staff is exceptional and extremely friendly. The place has a distinctive Caribbean feel, making it the closest thing you'll find to an island experience!

While it's not a high-end venue, Cyril and his team have crafted a truly authentic island vibe that makes you feel like you’re on a Caribbean getaway. We've been there around 30 times over the last four summers, and they are wonderful with our kids, who absolutely love the fish dishes. We enjoy both lunch and dinner there, and the adults often return later for a little extra fun. Plus, it’s just a short and easy walk from Seacrest, where we spend two weeks every summer. To us, Cyril is a legend; he is so friendly, and we can’t wait to see him for dinner on June 28, 2008, and likely a few more times that week! If you’re looking to unwind, my 13-year-old highly recommends the lobster and clam chowder, and we truly appreciate the consistent freshness and quality of the food throughout the years. If it's not fresh, they simply won't serve it!
