Super, super love this place It's like a painting that comes to life. Very unstoppable! It's a bit expensive, but it's worth it. We ordered their Carbonara and Quatro quezo. They also offer a free appetizer. Everything's just soooo good. Hopefully, if we come back, we can try their paella. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about El Cocinero:
Food is definitely great! Ambience was nice also. BUT serving portions are too small for its price, especially the paella which they say is good for 3 people. It was not even enough for a hungry me. Location is not accessible. This is not a big problem for me if food is great but you might be wasting your time and money going there. Maybe you can try it if you're checked in at the hotel in their compound. Otherwise,... View all feedback.
Love the appetizers and their special paella. One of the best, if not the best, I have tried so far: The staff and the half-closed place make a visit here a must if you are in Tagaytay.
This restaurant is always packed. Their El Cocinero Pizza is da bomb! You will not be craving for meat because there is something in the dough that will really satisfy your palette. We didnt get the chance to try their Paella when we got there. The serving time takes about 30-40 mins but they serve starters while you wait. Overall, I will go back to try other dishes.

Taste: 5/5 eating was amazing, I have eaten paella for the last weeks and their specificity was not disappointed! rice was boiled al dente, seasoned to perfection and was packed with meat, seafood and vegetables! the woman ordered lasagna de carne together with the sopa de patatas y gambas. (Note: paella serve is for 3pax) price: 4.5/5 good in budget if they plan to take their man for dinner. was actually cheaper than most decent Spanish restaurants in manila. service: 5/5 the young were fantastic! we sat at the moment we came. prompt service. the employees were informed about their product and were pleased to discuss our questions. Environment: 5/5 cozy place, very warm, colorful and, artsy! the walls were filled with modern art paintings. location: 3.5/5 this place is a hidden gem, but really easy to find. I'm not sure how to get here with public transport. the road we brought here was unhappy, but it was worth it at the end.
