Really good service Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30
Just got in after a horrible cold day. Planned to sit down with a glass of Prosecco and a pizza. Munchn has been so unreliable, closed all summer and now closed again. This is not a good service better food elsewhere but too late for me so just enjoying my glass of fizz. Tried them again and ordered a Calzone tomato base, cheese, pepperoni, sausage, bacon, meatballs, mushrooms and peppers it was awful, utterly tasteless. We couldn't find any sign of bacon; there was one meatball in the entire Calzone and we discovered three thin slices of pepperoni there were a few pieces of sausage that looked horrible, tasted horrible and we left them to one side. It seems so sad that a year ago Munchn was making the best pizzas we've ever tasted now they must be making the worst !
Really frustrating and I have to agree with Eleanor's review. Munchn have the canny knack of being closed just when you have nothing in the fridge. Their food quality is variable, inline with their service and expensive. I won't be giving them a second chance or thought. Be warned, that special planned night in might be ruined by Munchn, you can't rely on them. For me, it's back to the chippy!
Never received my order and nowhere to leave a complaint. Complete joke, £20 wasted. Phoned to ask where my order is and the lady said it was out for delivery but never received it. Do not order from here!
