Would highly recommend

My friend and... read more Stumbled across this restaurant whilst wandering around Alvor one evening. What a fabulous find! Beautiful setting out the back and amazing food! My friend and I tried the specialty of the house, Fresh fish rice bowl…it was amazing! My husband had the pork, which he said was delicious. A wonderful home made zesty lemon meringue pie for dessert….the whole experience was the best restaurant visit of our holiday and we would definitely return if we were in the area again. Highly recommend

Everything about it is tasteful, not just the food which was quite excellent. The decor, atmosphere, service and even the music (which was low but added to the relaxing armosphere), all paid atrention to detail. I wholeheartedly recommend the Adega as a place to go if you want the best, especially if you are a lover of fish !
