What User likes about Smith Midtown New York:
Food was yummy. Sat in the corner of the restaurant by the stairs. I think those tables are a little too close. The server had to stand behind guests to speak to them to not have his rear over other guests tables. To get up and leave I had to squeeze past other guests as well. I want to start by saying that we dined out at this restaurant. Anyone who has dined on 2nd Avenue knows that the ambiance is lacking and there is a lot of noise. However, the food was excellent. My friend and I shared the calamari and the Peashoot-Arugula salad with grilled shrimp, both of which were delicious. We also tried the sweet potato mash, which was fantastic.
