Papa Johns Pizza - Alvin

The advertising and photos of the restaurant were much more appealing than the burnt pizza I received. I was disappointed with the quality of the food considering the price I paid. I won't be returning any time soon. The pizza was so bad I didn't even bother taking a photo of it, and it left no lasting impression on me.

The pizza at this restaurant is awful and continues to decline with each order. They consistently get our order wrong. It's not acceptable that their delivery drivers regularly drive through our residential area across the border. When we complain, we rarely receive any compensation, and when we do, it's not even a free pizza we can eat. Unfortunately, they are the only delivery option in our area. Moving forward, I will just make the trip to the city where there are better alternatives available.

I went to this restaurant and tried to order pizza, but they couldn't take my order because their computer was downstairs. Despite offering to pay with cash, they still couldn't make the pizza due to their internet being down. I was disappointed that something as simple as ordering a pizza was hindered by their technical difficulties. Overall, my experience was not satisfactory and I would only give it one star.

I wished I had caught the name of the lady that helped me. She was so patient and helped me figure out how to use my coupon and how to work the card machine. And the pizzas were so tasty. Really good experience as I don't pick up pizza very often.

Always awesome! And there the only pizza place that delivers to me so I guess it's a good thing that I like papa John's the best.
