Out of the way place but the subs are made well and to order. Never crowded but don't let that scare you.

Absolutely amazing service! The employees care about how they make your order. I always go inside and my visit is always pleasant and the subs are unmatched!!

Asked for no pickle got extra pickle. Asked for extra barbecue got no barbecue. Just about out of all kinds of chips. Out of basically all drinks. 6 options empty. Is this location managed by a monkey? R2; Been looking thru some reviews and responses.These corporate mia culpas are ineffective; obviously the franchise owner has no interest in fixing his problems. I filled outthe corporate survey and requested a contect. No follow-up from them at all. The manager seems incapable of anticipating issuesand fixing them in real time. The problems I experienced were not due to some simple oversight; this is a symptom of systemicbreakdown.

Service was good and was treated with respect. Came to try a specific sandwich and they were out of that particular meat. They were also out of several other meats and cheeses. My backup option turned out great.

The restaurant is a bit off the beaten path, but the lower sections are well-designed and organized. It may seem overwhelming at first, but don’t let that deter you.
