Great Steak Potato Co - Altoona

Ate there for the first time last week. Subs were delicious and the cashier was helpful with suggestions and answering questions. The cook was very polite when asking how we’d like our sandwiches prepared. We will be returning very soon to enjoy more of their great food! Just called to order our supper so it would be ready when I arrived. But no, I have to pay before they cook. And I can’t pay with my credit card now, only when I get there. Come on Charley’s. It’s the 21st century. If you can’t meet the customers’ needs you’ll soon be out of business. Just like the rest of the mall.

The food is good. They even carry unsweetened iced tea. But no artificial sweeteners. Come on- some people are diabetics and would like to have sweetener. The employees sent me to Subway. It isn't fair to Subway. Thank you Subway.
