My husband and I recently ordered and paid for an ice cream cake at this store, 6 days in advance of our daughter 's 16th birthday party. When my husband arrived to pick up the ice cream cake, he was casually informed by an employee that the order had never been called in to the cake maker. My husband and I recently ordered and paid for an ice cream cake at this store, six days before our daughter's 16th birthday party. When my husband went to pick it up, he was casually informed by an employee that the order had never been communicated to the cake maker. Instead, he was told he could choose from some leftover cakes in the display freezer. Upon hearing this, we decided to get a refund and take our business elsewhere. This was a huge disappointment for our daughter on her special day, especially with 20 out-of-town guests waiting at home. Both she and my husband ended up being late to the party while they searched for a new ice cream cake. We will not be returning to Baskin and Robbins!
