Meh! Ordered the Nashville hot with chicken instead of beef. If you don't get more hot sauce it is bland! The chicken needed to be breaded. It did taste like microwaved chicken : I am not sure what I would ever come back for. Unless you ask for more ketchup, you only get a dish. If you ask for more you can have the bottle. High food prices and poor service. Nothing wowed me here. 12 bucks for a bar sized portion of cheese curds? Try 7 to 8 at most other places. Also the waitress was not on it. She kept forgetting things and never checked on us after the food was delivered. She also seemed like she was overwhelmed for 3 tables and one bar patron. Kid-friendliness: Coin trap ahead! This was our first time eating at 44 North. The second level, overlooking the amphitheater and the Veteran Park on Memorial Weekend was a really nice feature. This is a great atmosphere in the River Prairie area and being able to have an semi-outdoor dining experience really added to it. Overall, great service and friendly staff. We loved our cheese curds. Tried a frozen rum flight of drinks which was fun, but ultimately not the right mix for me. Generous portions for the price. We had chicken tacos and broasted chicken. Tacos were good but spicy and chicken was too salty for my preference. Would go again but try different food options. Stopped to get ice cream, outside, guy took our order, girl came in and told him to leave, tried to pay with card, proceeded to tell us reader didn't work. Then everyone had to tell her the order once again, not sure why, the guy wrote our order down. Basically what should have been 10-15 min stop ended up being 30-40 min. Then all the sizes of scoops were wrong except the waffle cone. I suggest you save the time and money and go to Olson's, Ramone's, or even across the street to Kwik trip....
