If I could give zero stars, I would. The service provided by the manager was extremely poor. I received something entirely different from what I had ordered. When I asked for a replacement drink, she was unable to accommodate me due to their own communication issues. I understand that different bartenders may prepare drinks differently, but it was unacceptable for her to claim they’ve been making it that way for the past decade. I have visited this place numerous times and have never been served my drink like that. I cannot recommend a business that fails to adapt and meet its customers' needs. Sometimes, you have to accept losses in order to grow, and I hope they recognize this rather than making excuses. To make matters worse, she accused me of consuming most of the drink when it was served to me in that condition.

This is a fantastic spot with a wide variety of snacks and snow cones to choose from! You're sure to find something you'll truly enjoy. However, the packaging could use some improvement; if you're not careful, your car might end up getting messy after your visit!

This place has some great snacks!!! My favorite is the funnel cake with Oreo and ice cream! It's awesome! It's super easy with the drive through that goes around the building and you have have to wait long at all. I also very much like the whole castle looking building!

I used to love this place with my last pregnancy. My favorite was the lazy shrimp. Now there's like 5 shrimp in the plate, too many chips and the cucumber is paper thin. Also the service now is bad. Like if yalls don't wanna work just don't.
